Abstract. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect organizational culture and commitment on job satisfaction, influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior, satisfaction Behavior at Nala Husada Dental Oral Hospital Surabaya. This type research is explanatory with a quantitative method approach. data collection used questionnaire distributed 36 employees in analysis technique Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Square. results show that has significant satisfaction. Commitment no Job Satisfaction. have citizenship behavior. Satisfaction Surabaya.Keywords: Culture; Commitment, Satisfaction;
